Privacypolicy.
Short and clear: what we collect, why, and how we look after it.
Last updated: 31 October 2026.
Who handles your data
The data controller is ScoutOne Studio, Belgrade, Serbia. For anything about privacy, write to hello@scoutone.io.
What we collect
Only what you send us when you fill in the form or email us: your name, business name, email address, the plan you are interested in and your message. We never ask for sensitive data.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if you become a client, carry out our contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, Article 12, and GDPR Article 6 for visitors from the EU). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build profiles of visitors. We keep one value in your browser’s session storage so you don’t see the intro animation twice.
Who else sees data
The site is hosted by Vercel, which logs technical data such as IP addresses for security. Fonts load from Fontshare and scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, so they also see your IP address when you open the site. Form messages and email go through our email provider. Some of these services are outside Serbia and work under the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries until we have answered them and for no longer than two years after our last contact. Client data is kept for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to it. Write to hello@scoutone.io and we will reply within 30 days. If you think your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to your local data protection authority.
